Step 1: Supplies You can find all these items in a craft store.
Step 2: Find pictures from old magazines, stickers, post cards, etc.
Step 3: Using the wooden shape as a template, trace and cut out the desired picture.
Step 4: Paint one side and edges of the two wooden shapes. Allow them to completely dry. Paint the other side and dry.
Step 5: Glue pictures onto painted shapes and let them dry.
Step 6: Paint pictures with Mod Podge. When dry, paint the back with Mod Podge. You can add several layers of Mod Podge for a glossy look. Just be sure to let each layer dry before adding another.
Step 7: After applying the last layer of Mod Podge, you can add glitter while it is still wet.
Step 8: When completely dry, punch a hole centered at the top of the shape.
Step 9: Open the jump ring with needle-nosed pliers. Insert the open ring into the hole that you made in the shape. Close the jump ring.
Step 10: Open the loop at the bottom of the earring hook (the thing that will go into your ear) with the pliers. Insert the open loop into the jump ring. Close it tightly.
Now my earrings are ready to wear.
